How did RacePlay make you feel?

Many who oppose RacePlay still actively engage with RacePlay, particularly when it comes to pornography viewership.
There tends to be a focus on the use of racial slurs when discussing RacePlay, but the conversation is more nuanced than that. RacePlay is more popular, widespread, and engrained into our society than people admit.
Every time you consume content that insinuates a Jezebel, Sapphire, Mammy, BBC, Mandingo, Bull, Cuckold, or multiple Black performers surrounding a perceived to be innocent twink or damsel in distress, you are still participating in racial (and gender) troupes that have been passed down from U.S chattel slavery.
A large percentage of adult entertainment is stereotypical or racially charged when using non-white performers. It is especially prevalent during interracial pairings. Racial slurs may not be featured, but the undertones of what they're selling is quite obvious. This type of media receives millions of viewers and subscriptions from the very same people who claim not to condone RacePlay.
From here forward I will attempt to examine my own internalized anti-blackness, it's origins, and my life experiences through a lens of mental health and trauma. I will also examine how parts of my identity has played a role in the type of sex that I've had.

Dear Journal,
My sex tapes are proof of Racial Trauma. At first I felt embarrassed because people will view me as another Black man that’s broken and damaged. I’ve decided that researchers should actually watch the tapes. There is a demographic within the mental health industry that does not want to acknowledge the affects of white supremacy on BIPOC communities.
Racism erodes you and may produce different types of PTSD. Day to day micro aggressions can cause anxiety and depression. How Race-based Traumatic Stress or Homophobia-related Trauma manifests itself will be different for each queer man of color.
Analyzing the dynamics of Racial Trauma in relation to sexual expression and personal agency may be confusing for those outside of the BDSM scene. Just know that everything is consensual and no one was harmed.
Until we reconcile with all aspects of racism we will continue to encounter RacePlay.
